This “reverse psychology” approach completely flipped my productivity switch. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by the task, I felt energized and motivated. By framing the challenge as a short-term goal, I created an environment where I could focus without distraction. And when that timer went off, I was hooked – eager to keep going.
